SUPERPOWER // Being the all-rounder + the first to put up her hand for a new challenge
Dayle is the newest member to join our administration team and if you have been into our office, you will have been lucky enough to catch her at our front desk with a cheeky grin on her face. Dayle joined our team in April 2021 and thrives when it comes to meeting new people, both our team and our clients.
Dayle has a lengthy background in administration, completing a Cert II in VCE then continued to complete her Cert III as part of a traineeship with a petrol chemical plant in Altona. From there, she went on to work with the client services team at RACV Life Insurance and Superannuation to then moving into an event coordinator role with the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Before joining our team, Dayle was working as a personal carer and moved her way up to be in charge of all administration and new admissions so it’s no wonder that her caring nature shows through when you meet her.
Dayle’s favourite part of her role so far is meeting all of our clients as well as finding her feet within the administration team. Never one to back away from a challenge, Dayle has dived head first into her new role and loves learning the new systems and finding new ways to implement processes and procedures to help our teams.
Professionally, Dayle always strives to go over and above for her job and to be able to help our teams the best way that she can and on a personal level, there is no better goal than to always be a good mum (which she has down pat)!
Outside of the office, when Dayle isn’t greeting our clients with a big grin on her face, you can find her at the gym, taking her two dogs and kids out for Family Sunday or enjoying a holiday camping with no tent in sight!
