Kathryn is a country girl at heart, having spent the bulk of her childhood living on a sheep farm in country Victoria.  Carrying with her those “country” values through life has made delivering customer service where our clients always come first, second nature.

Having had a variety of roles throughout her working life, Kathryn has used each job to work on and enhance her skillset – from communicating effectively with customers buying shoes or jewellery, working as a teammate flipping burgers, being an integral part of organising and running a major trade exhibition, stepping into training roles within different workplaces, to support people through the grief of losing their beloved furry family members to name a few.

Kathryn brings empathy and an open mind to her role as receptionist at Canny Group and is always looking for ways to help make our client’s day be a little brighter.  Kathryn loves the interaction with our clients but also the variety of tasks that working within our administration team brings with it.  If she doesn’t already have the solution to an obstacle, she will think outside the box and help create the solution!

Outside of the office, if Kathryn isn’t spending time with family or having adventures with friends, you will find her sipping on smoothies or on the dance floor!  Having learnt old-time rock’n’roll at the young age of eight, Kathryn has a soul-deep love for getting out on the dance floor.  Moving into ballroom dancing in her late 20s, Kathryn now loves the social dance floor where you will find her dancing salsa, bachata and kizomba – and is more than happy to help teach anyone the basics!
