I have been using Canny Group for more than 30 years, helping me with my tax each year. It was the one stop shop with a professional team of accountants and advisors.

I have never had to use a financial advisor until recently deciding it was time to hang up the work boots and retire. I decided to reach out to Canny Group. From speaking to their receptionists, it was easy to organise a time for me to meet with one of the financial advisors to help me out with my finances.

I got introduced to the lovely Samantha Butcher who greeted me with one of the warmest smiles and made me feel very comfortable. It’s so hard to explain when someone can make you feel that special and they will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable. I was nervous and anxious when l first walked in and sat down but within a matter of a few minutes l felt so relaxed with Samantha’s professionalism and just the way she spoke to me explaining to me the options to retirement and allowing me to the choices whilst Samantha guided me gently to the right decisions for me.

I cannot thank Samantha Butcher and Canny Group for the professional service in which l had received.
