Amy Osborne

Amy joined Canny Group in May 2024 as our Client Engagement Lead.  She holds a Bachelor of Science and has a Certificate IV in Management and Leadership Skills.  Amy also has several years of experience and working knowledge within the disability sector with other organisations but has found her home within the team at Canny Plan Management.

Amy brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and undeniable passion for assisting NDIS Participants by becoming part of their greater care team – their support network.  Amy has a knack for making NDIS Participants and their stakeholders feel at ease when trying to navigate the complexities of the NDIS by talking through NDIS Plan budgets and keeping all parties up to date with budget breakdowns.  Amy has developed meaningful relationships with other NDIS Providers to ensure that our Canny Plan Management clients feel supported, from all angles.

Amy’s favourite part of her role is building rapport with our NDIS Participants – our clients.  She loves finding that common ground, may it be through footy (GO THE PIES), music, movies or kids.  She builds meaningful relationships with NDIS Participants and other stakeholders that establish trust in why NDIS Participants stay with our NDIS Plan Management team.  She is personable, helpful (to a fault), loves a good challenge and enjoys researching the answers if it’s not already in her pool of knowledge.  Amy is responsive to emails and loves to chat on the phone, which can lead to some interesting conversations and usually ends with one of her infectious giggles.

Outside of work, you will find Amy walking her three dogs along the waterfront, at home listening to music or out and about camping and when it’s footy season – you will hear her cheering on the Pies!
