Compassion and empathy are what Karlene brings to all interactions with our clients, knowing that simply making an appointment with a lawyer can be overwhelming, Karlene is known for helping our clients solve their problems and going ‘above and beyond’ to ensure that each of our clients receives the best result possible.

With a degree in Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Majoring in Politics and Policy Studies), Karlene chose to focus her career on the area of Wills and Estates.  Karlene has a passion for helping families plan their futures.  She has a particular interest in assisting individuals who have a family member(s) with a disability, plan appropriately to ensure that those family members are protected.

Karlene tries, as much as possible, to put herself in our clients’ shoes when deciding how to best approach a matter.  She makes it her goal to relate to each and every client on a personal level, with a professional and personal goal being to put all of our clients at ease and feel comfortable, especially when dealing with the death of a loved one.

Karlene never has a dull moment, with a husband and three children at home.  She understands what it is like to be a busy working mum, and prides herself on taking the burden away from families so that they can use their spare time to enjoy their own family and friends.

Outside of work, you can usually find Karlene driving her two daughters to and from dancing practice, concerts and competitions.  You will also find her enjoying walks and bike rides with her husband, son and daughters, and of course her dog Riley.  While Karlene has a passion for work, she also has a passion for spending quality time with her family and enjoying each day as it comes.
