Lauren joined Canny Group in May 2024 as Canny Advisory’s Client Services Officer, bringing a wealth of experience in administration and a passion for helping our clients.  She obtained a Bachelor of Psychology in 2016 which gives her a unique insight into understanding our client’s needs and providing thoughtful and empathetic service.

In her role, Lauren is committed to ensuring that every client interaction is seamless and positive.  Whether she is assisting with queries, streamlining processes or tackling complex tasks, Lauren approaches her work with enthusiasm and a client-focused mindset.

Lauren’s superpower lies in refining processes to improve efficiency.  She enjoys analysing workflows and implementing strategies that save time and enhance outcomes for both our clients and the team.  She prides herself on being adaptable and is eager to ensure that our clients feel supported and confident as they work towards their financial goals.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Lauren enjoys taking on challenges that push her to grow personally and professionally.  Whether it’s finding innovative solutions to clients needs or contributing to a collaborative team environment, she is passionate about making a positive impact in everything she does.

Outside of work, Lauren loves to read novels in her spare time and is quite a movie buff.  If she’s not at home with a book, you’ll find her enjoying nature at the beach or on a hike with friends.
